Moreover, the French company appointed Rami Allam as Business Developer. With a strong background in business development, Rami is experienced in supporting organizations in their digital transition. Rami is in charge of creating the local team and promoting our global solution making sure it always fits with MEA local needs. He will also support clients to ensure efficiency and reactivity.

A LEGAL SOFTWARE DESIGNED FOR EASTERN LEGAL PRACTICE

After successful projects led in Dubai and Saudi Arabia, Legal Suite has found its place in the Middle East. Among its main projects, Legal Suite handled the implementation of its Matter Management and E-Billing modules at Saudi Aramco, the world's leading oil company based in Saudi Arabia. The E-Billing module, designed to manage the entire billing process for outside providers, is used by about 200 in-house counsel in the Saudi Arabian company, along with its hundred law firms. Ooredoo’s legal department, an international telecommunications company, implemented the Legal Matter Management software to deal with its legal activity and follow its many matters. Other companies such as BeinSport, DP World, and GBI also trust Legal Suite’s technology.

A CHANGING PRACTICE

Like in Europe, companies in the Middle East started to realize the importance of adopting legal technologies for their business. The number of regulatory tasks, compliance and governance matters became almost impossible to manage by corporate legal teams without integrating technology. This empowers in-house counsel to eliminate any risk factors associated with the business.
